The testing premises at the Competence Center Food & Beverage comply with current scientific regulations (according to DIN EN ISO 8589:2014-10) for the organoleptic examination of food and beverages. An optimal quality of lighting, odor-free materials and variable test modules that may be used in single and group examinations offer ideal conditions for customer-specific solutions in the area of expert and consumer testing as well as for trainings with a focus on the issue of organoleptic requirements in food and beverages.
